- Weekday (Monday – Thursday) Standard rental rates are $1500 for 8 hours and $1800 for 15 hours. Please check promotional offers for additional discounts.
- The Space can accommodate 100 people in banquet sitting and 120 people in theatre style sitting.
- We required 50% deposit to secure the booking.
- Payments to secure the space are non refundable but transferable.
- A TABC certified bartender is a MUST if alcoholic beverages are being served.
- Bring your catering, decor, and beverages. Decor setup and cleanup is managed by host including trash removal.
- If self clean option is chosen, the venue must be returned in the same clean condition as it was received.
